The SSMHOA represents the interests of the residents and property owners within the Silver Strand Beach neighborhood of Marina del Rey. We are a non-profit organization dedicated to serving our community and maintaining the safety, unique charm and character of this coastal enclave.
Our Mission
Our mission is to enhance the quality of life for all who call the Silver Strand home. We accomplish this by:
- Safety and Security: We prioritize the safety of our residents by supporting initiatives that ensure a secure living environment, including neighborhood watch programs and emergency preparedness.
- Landscaping: We focus on the management and beautification of the malls and walk path beside the Ballona Creek, ensuring that these areas remain attractive and well-maintained, enhancing the overall aesthetic of our neighborhood.
